Indonesia
Dimensions: 50 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm
The Kilin, a fabulous animal, would have been born from the conjunction of two stars. In Bali, he is the king of animals and resides only in peaceful places. Discovering a kilin is a good omen (don’t forget to give yourself this one to have it in front of your eyes as often as possible!). Under other skies, he is the phoenix, the mythical bird that rises from the ashes. In Asia it is at the center of all the ceremonies, under the appearance of a lion in all the dances «of the lion». Selected by Retour de Voyage, this sculpture is marked by a typical Indonesian drawing, with long sharp teeth, beautiful wings, the body covered with a mixture of feathers and scales, reminiscent of the Garuda, a fabulous bird man of Hindu mythology, emblem of Indonesia.
Sitting at home, he will encourage you to overcome all the small worries of everyday life.
